Projects have included advising the PLC board of a leading digital publisher on its disposal strategy and then managing the project through to completion. We developed and launched new digital channels, including video-on-demand and interactive TV games, for several clients. We have set up e-commerce businesses and have advised clients on services ranging from strategy, reorganisation, financing, business development through to sales and marketing.
