David was previously Financial Controller and Company Secretary of 365 Corporation plc. With the company since its start-up in 1997, he put in place the financial and administrative systems that saw it through its phenomenal period of growth. He was responsible for the company's finances and administration during its flotation on the London Stock Exchange. David came to the internet industry from the computer games sector, where he worked with GT Interactive, Warner Interactive and Renegade Software.
